Disperse dyeing and flame retardant finish of polyester fabric in one bath
Dyeing and finishing of polyester fabric in one bath with disperse dyes and flame-retardant RF2088 is carried out.The effects of process parameters on the flame retardancy,dyeing depth,color fastness,strength,handle and washability of the finished fabrics are discussed.The results show that the finished fabrics feature good flame retardancy and washability at the optimum conditions of 20％ of RF2088 and dyeing at 125 ℃ for 30 min.The flame retardant agent has a little effect on the shade,color fastness,handle and the strength of the fabrics.
