摘要
以苯胺为原料,采用原位聚合法制备UHMWPE/PANI复合导电纤维.研究了掺杂条件,如掺杂酸种类、盐酸浓度对复合纤维电导率及表面形态的影响.结果表明:纤维表面形成的聚苯胺导电层赋予纤维一定的导电性能,以酸性较强的无机酸如硫酸、盐酸掺杂时,制得的复合纤维电导率较高.随着盐酸浓度的增加,纤维表面的聚苯胺导电层粗糙度增加,复合纤维的增重率呈现先增后减的趋势,电导率亦呈现相同的变化趋势,盐酸浓度0.7 mol/L时制得的复合纤维电导率最高.
Abstract
UHMWPE/PANI composite conductive fibers are prepared by in-situ polymerization and using aniline as raw materials.The effect of doping conditions,such as the kinds of doping acids and the concentration of HCI on the surface morphology and the electrical conductivity of UHMWPE/PANI composite fibers are investigated.The results indicated that,composite fibers are electrical conductive due to the PANI conductive film which adhere to the surface of fiber.The electrical conductivity of composite fiber is high when the doping acid is strong (such as H2SO4 and HCI).With the increase of HCl concentration,the roughness of PANI conductive film increase,the weight gain rate and electrical conductivity of composite fiber increase at first and then decrease.The highest electrical conductivity is obtained with the concentration of HCI of 0.7 mol/L.
