Scouring-bleaching and dyeing of polyester fabric in one bath
The alkaline and oxidation resistances of 6 kinds of alkali-resistant disperse dyes are studied for one bath scouring-bleaching and disperse dyeing of polyester fabric.The effects of pretreatment agents on the dyeing properties of fabrics are also discussed.The results show that 6 kinds of dyes have excellent alkaline and oxidation resistance,and good dyeing results.The disperse dyeings with one bath process feature similar K/S value,shade and color fastness to those with conventional dyeing process.
