桑蚕丝织物的紫薯色素染色及抗紫外线性能

为同步实现桑蚕丝织物的染色及抗紫外线功能,采用紫薯色素对桑蚕丝织物进行染色.研究了pH值及媒染剂对蚕丝织物染色性能及抗紫外线性能的影响.结果表明,紫薯色素的色调及紫外-可见光谱会因pH值变化及媒染剂种类发生显著变化.较低的染色pH值有利于紫薯色素上染蚕丝,适宜的染色pH值为3;硫酸铝钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜三种媒染剂媒染,均可提高染色织物的K/S值,并改变染色织物的色泽;硫酸亚铁及硫酸铜媒染样品的颜色稳定性及色牢度较好.染色桑蚕丝织物具有较好的抗紫外线性能及一定的酸碱指示功能.
Dyeing and anti-ultraviolet property of silk fabric with purple sweet potato colorant
In order to achieve the dyeing and anti-ultraviolet function in one process,silk fabric dyeing with purple sweet potato pigment is carried out.The effects of pH values and mordants on dyeing behaviors and ultraviolet resistance properties of silk fabric are studied.The results show that the shades and ultraviolet-visible spectra of the purple sweet potato dyes change significantly with pH values and mordants.Low dyeing pH value is good for silk dyeing and the appropriate dyeing pH value is 3.Three kinds of mordants such as aluminum potassium sulfate,ferrous sulfate and copper sulfate can improve the K/S values and change the color shades of the dyed fabrics.Color stability and color fastness of the dyed samples with ferrous sulfate or copper sulfate as the mordant are better than that with aluminum potassium sulfate as the mordant.Moreover,the dyed silk fabric has good UV resistance performance and certain acid-base indicator function.
