磷系阻燃剂ZR-08在涤纶织物中的应用

用磷系阻燃剂ZR-08对涤纶织物进行二浸二轧整理.通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了优化工艺:阻燃剂ZR-08质量浓度280 g/L,工作液pH值5.5,焙烘温度195℃,焙烘时间110s.整理织物的阻燃性能达到GB/T 17591-2006《阻燃织物》中的B1级标准,且耐洗性好,白度和断裂强力无明显影响.
Application of phosphorus flame retardant ZR-08 to polyester fabric
Flame retardant finishing of polyester fabric is carried out with phosphorus flame retardant ZR-08 by twice-dip-twice-nip method.Through single factor test and orthogonal test,the optimum pro cess is determined:flame retardant ZR-08 280 g/L,pH value 5.5,baking at 195 ℃ for 110 s.The flame retardancy of finished fabric reaches the B1 standard of GB/T 17591-2006 "flame retardant fabric".The finished fabric has good washability,and there is no obvious negative effect on the whiteness and breaking strength.
