摘要

以温度、时间、pH值作为变化因素, 设计了27组直接染色和27组媒染染色试验方案, 研究栾树叶色素对真丝面料的染色效果和最优工艺.栾树叶色素对真丝直染和媒染的色彩均为黄色系.直染优化工艺为:温度100℃、时间60 min、pH值为5, 沾色水洗牢度为45级, 变色水洗牢度为12级, 日晒牢度为4级.媒染的优化工艺为:温度80℃、时间30 min、pH值为5, 沾色水洗牢度为45级, 变色水洗牢度为2级, 日晒牢度为45级.栾树叶是一种染色性能良好的植物染料.

Abstract

27 groups direct dyeing trials and 27 groups mordant dyeing trials are designed with dyeing temperature, dyeing time and pH value as variation factors. Dyeing effects and the optimum conditions of koelrenteria paniculata leaves on silk fabric are discussed. The color of the silk dyeings with direct dyeing or mordant dyeing technology is yellow. The optimum direct dyeing process is carried out at 100 ℃ for 60 min with pH value of 5, and the staining and variance color fastness to washing are Grade 45 and Grade 12 respectively, and color fastness to sunlight is Grade 4. The optimum mordant dyeing process is carried out at 80 ℃ for 30 min with pH value of 5, and the staining and variance color fastness to washing is Grade 45 and Grade 2 respectively, and color fastness to sunlight is Grade 45. The results show that koelrenteria paniculata leaves are a vegetable dye with good dyeing properties.
