rGO/Ag NPs@棉传感器的制备及其性能

以棉针织物为基材,使用硅烷偶联剂(KH-580)对其改性,通过抗坏血酸诱导还原氧化石墨烯/银纳米颗粒(rGO/Ag NPs)在改性棉织物表面还原,构建具有三维导电网络结构的rGO/Ag NPs@棉传感器,并对该传感器的形貌结构、传感性能和运动监测性能进行测试。结果表明:该针织传感器在沿线圈方向和垂直线圈方向对0~30%拉伸应变、10~500 mm/min拉伸速度以及500次循环应变,具有较好的响应性、稳定性和可重复性。该传感器可以监测人体运动过程中不同关节的弯曲程度,对面部肌肉运动有良好的反应。
Preparation and performance of rGO/Ag NPs@cotton sensor
The rGO/Ag NPs@cotton sensor with three-dimensional conductive network structure is construct-ed with silver nanoparticles(rGO/Ag NPs)reduced by ascorbic acid on cotton knit modified with silane coupling agent(KH-580).The morphology structure,sensing performance and motion detection performance of the sen-sor are tested.The results show that the knitted sensor has good responsiveness,stablity and reproducibility under 0-30%tensile strain,10-500 mm/min stretching speed and 500-cycle strain in the loop direction and ver-tical coil direction.The sensor can detect the curvature of different joints during human movement and has a good response to facial muscle movements.
