棉纤维的微纳镶嵌无染上色技术

以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载体,分别配制阳离子改性剂/PVA溶液、活性染料/聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)-聚乙烯醇(PVA)有色溶液,运用微纳米纤维跨尺度镶嵌纺理论实现棉纤维无染上色。研究发现:以质量分数为10%的PVA作为原液,添加质量分数为30%的阳离子改性剂,10%的PEI,5%的活性染料进行静电纺丝,可得到有色微纳米纤维和染色棉纤维。染色棉纤维采用1 g/L的NaOH溶液在100℃固色30 min,可达到最佳固色效果,棉纤维色牢度达到3级及以上。
Micro-nano mosaic coloring technology of cotton fiber
Using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as a carrier,cationic modifier/PVA solution and reactive dye/polyethyle-neimine-polyvinyl alcohol(PEI-PVA)colored solution are formulated respectively to achieve dye-free color-ation of cotton fibers by applying the theory of micro-nano fiber cross-scale mosaic spinning.It is found that colored micro-nano fibers and dyed cotton fibers can be obtained by electrostatic spinning with 10%mass frac-tion of PVA as the stock solution,adding 30%mass fraction of cationic modifier,10%PEI,and 5%reactive dye.The dyed cotton fibers are fixed at 100℃for 30 min with 1 g/L NaOH solution to achieve the best color fixation effect,and the color fastnesses of cotton fibers reach Grade 3 and above.
