采用"倒置A2/O+A生化法+膜法+磁混凝物化法"组合工艺处理污水,分析了工艺特点,并详述了主要构筑物及设备参数。该组合工艺处理效果优良,除磷脱氮效果好,出水COD、TP、NH3-N、TN月均值分别为28、0。2、0。3、6。06 mg/L,达到了DB32/1072-2018《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》其他区域污染物排放标准,其中COD、TP和NH3-N三个指标达到了GB3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅳ类水排放标准。
Engineering practice of inverted A2/O+A biochemical method+membrane method+magnetic coagulation combination process for wastewater treatment
A combination process of"inverted A2/O+A biochemical method+membrane method+magnetic co-agulation physicochemical method"is adopted to treat wastewater,and the process characteristics are ana-lyzed.The main structures and equipment parameters are also described in detail.The combined process has excellent treatment effect,with good phosphorus and nitrogen removals.The monthly average values of COD,TP,NH3-N and TN in the effluent are 28,0.2,0.3 and 6.06 mg/L,respectively,which reach the pollutant dis-charge standards of other regions in the Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewa-ter Treatment Plant&Key Industries of Taihu Area(DB32/1072-2018).Among them,the three indicators of COD,TP and NH3-N also meet the specified Class IV water discharge standard of Environmental Quality Stan-dards for Surface Water(GB3838-2002).
