同位素内标-三重四极杆气相色谱-质谱法测定纺织品中的丙烯酰胺

建立了用三重四极杆气相色谱-质谱联用仪快速测定纺织品中丙烯酰胺的方法.样品中加入 13C3-丙烯酰胺同位素内标,以乙醇作为萃取溶剂,超声萃取纺织品中丙烯酰胺,萃取液经过滤直接进样,用多反应监测模式(MRM)进行定性及定量分析.结果表明,丙烯酰胺在0.005~20.000 mg/L的质量浓度范围内方法线性良好,相关系数R2达0.999 2,阴性样品在三个质量浓度水平的加标平均回收率为90.0%~109.3%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~2.1%,方法的定量限为0.025 mg/kg,可满足纺织品中丙烯酰胺的测定.
Determination of acrylamide in textiles using isotope internal standard method by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry
A method for the determination of acrylamide in textiles using isotope internal standard method by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)is developed.Isotopic internal stan-dard of acrylamide is added into the samples,then ethanol is used as the extraction agent for ultrasonic extrac-tion.The extracts are analyzed by GC-MS/MS using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The results show that acrylamide has good linear relationship(R2=0.999 2)in the range of 0.005-20.000 mg/L.The recover-ies are in the range of 90.0%-109.3%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)are in the range of 1.6%-2.1%.The limit of quantity is 0.025 mg/kg,which can meet the determination requirements of acrylamide in textiles.
