The Mechanism,Path and China's Countermeasures for the High Quality Development of Digital Creative Industry from the Perspective of Global Value Chain Reconstruction
Faced with the opportunities and challenges of global value chain restructuring and major adjustment of in-ternational division of labor,how to shape a new competitive advantage in China's digital creative industry,break free from the dual dilemma of"low-end lock-in"and"high-end blockade",and achieve high-quality development is increasingly attracting attention.Through analysis finds that the embedding of global value chains affects the high-quality development of digital creative industries,mainly through five mechanisms:competitive innovation effect,in-dustry correlation effect,economies of scale effect,low-end locking effect,and absorption threshold effect.In the perspective of global value chain reconstruction,promoting high-quality development of the digital creative industry requires taking mid to high-end development paths such as innovation in technology application,content production,institutional governance,and business integration.However,the above-mentioned mechanisms and implementation paths only provide a possibility rather than a necessity for specific countries or regions.At present,the development of China's digital creative industry has both advantages and disadvantages.We should seize the opportunity of restructu-ring the global value chain,promote the digital creative industry to actively move towards the mid to high end of the global value chain,and achieve high-quality leapfrog development.Therefore,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as improving technological innovation capabilities,strengthening content production and crea-tion,establishing interactive competition mechanisms,creating a stable policy environment,emphasizing intellectual property protection,and strengthening supply chain integration.
