开元时期繁荣蓬勃的社会背景使这一时期的士人形成了独特的精神风貌，他们或承继六朝名士风度的旷达，或以能文入仕而得到君王赏识，或有豪侠纵横色彩和激越昂扬的气概，或有隐居而致令名并获帝王赏识的“隐仕”风尚。李白的身上不仅具有其时士人风貌的群体性特征，而且以其独特的个性将其典型化，从而成为开元士风的典型代表。
Abstract
The thriving and vigorous society of Kai Yuan time facilitates the scholars’ unique spirit of this pe-riod. Among the scholars, some of them are successors of the open-mindedness of reputed scholars in the Six Dynasties. Some win recognition from the emperor for their literary genius. Some, with elevated spirits, con-duct as gallants yearning for making contributions in army. Some are awarded good fames for the sake of the reclusive lifestyle admired by the emperor. Li Bai has the group characteristics and his distinctive personality makes him a prototype of the scholar in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.
