Cultural soft power is an important direction of building a cultural power in the process of Chinese style of modernization.Quality culture-tourism integration(CTI)is the only way to enhance cultural soft power.This study first analyzes the structural dimensions of cultural soft power,proposing that cultural soft power includes cultural cohesion,cultural innovation,cultural radiation,cultural dissemination,and cultural support.It further summarizes the mechanisms of CTI empowering cultural soft power,such as the resource CTI to enhance cultural cohesion,the formats CTI to enhance cultural innovation,the market CTI to expand cultural radiation,the exchange CTI to strengthen cultural dissemination,and the public service CTI to strengthen cultural security.Secondly,the study analyzes the key issues of culture-tourism integration em-powering cultural soft power.It found that the cultural connotation of the culture and tourism products is in-sufficient,the effectiveness of technology empowering CTI is not significant,the unique advantages of cultur-al and tourism brands are not prominent,inbound tourism is not prosperous,and the boundaries of the system of CTI are not clear.These key issues constrain the development of cultural soft power.Based on the interna-tional experience of CTI empowering cultural soft power,this study proposes development suggestions for en-hancing cultural soft power through CTI,providing reference for the future development of CTI and the con-struction of cultural soft power in China.
