Study on Spatial-Temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of the Development Level of China's Digital Economy
By constructing an evaluation system of digital economy,this study evaluates the development lev-el of digital economy in China,analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and spatial-temporal evolution process of China's digital economy,and explores its influencing factors by using the spatial econometric model.The results of analysis show that:From 2011 to 2018,China's digital economy has developed steadi-ly,showing an upward trend year by year,and the regional differences have gradually narrowed;the devel-opment of digital economy shows obvious spatial correlation,and the spatial distribution of the digital econo-my could be characterized by"high in the east and low in the west";the development level of the digital e-conomy is affected by various factors.The optimization of industrial structure,the improvement of human capital,the increase of R&D and innovation activities,the improvement of openness to foreign countries and urbanization all contribute to the development of the local digital economy.At the same time,some factors also affect the development level of the digital economy in neighboring provinces through the spatial transmis-sion mechanism,showing significant spatial spillover effect.
