Model Construction and Analysis of Factors Influencing Deep Integration of Digital and Real Economies Based on TOE Theory
This article uses the TOE theoretical framework to establish an indicator system for the influencing factors of deep integration of digital and real economies. The ISM-ANP-MICMAC model is used to analyze the network hierarchy, priority, driving force, and dependence of the influencing factors of deep integration of digital and real economies. The results show that a close and complex correlation exists between the influen-cing factors for deep integration of digital and real economies.Their network hierarchy structure includes four levels:the network hierarchy structure of the influencing factors includes surface direct, middle transition, deep key, root determine four levels. In the priority ranking, digital technology innovation, talent resources, infrastructure, and government behavior are key factors, while data elements, network security, international cooperation, business environment, digital industry, and digital economic governance are secondary factors.Digital society, digital government, and industrial digitization are all weak in driving force, but highly de-pendent.Based on this, this study proposes short-,medium-,and long-term development strategies for in-tegrating the digital and real economies, which can timely unblock the urgent, difficult, and key points in the integration path, and provide theoretical guidance for promoting the quality development of deep integration of the digital and real economies.
