Empirical Study on the Driving Effect of the Digital Economy on Low-Carbon Development
This study investigates the influence of China's digital economy on low-carbon development using panel data from 30 provinces in China spanning from 2011 to 2021.Fixed-effects models are utilized to exam-ine the impact of the digital economy on low-carbon development across different provinces in China.Addi-tionally,a spatial Durbin model is employed to explore potential spatial spillover effects of the digital econo-my on low-carbon development and to analyze the regional disparities in this relationship.The empirical find-ings demonstrate that the growth of China's digital economy significantly enhances regional low-carbon devel-opment,highlighting regional disparities and spatial spillover effects in this association.
