Research on the Quality of Logistics Industry Development Quality and Its Constraints in China from the Perspective of High-quality Development
Based on the perspective of"high-quality development",this study constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of regional logistics.It utilizes the DEA method and entropy weight method to measure the quality of logistics development in four major regions of China from 2011 to 2020.The Tobit model is used to analyze the factors influencing the quality of logistics industry development in each province and city,and to explore the causes of differences in the quality of logistics development in each re-gion.The results show that during the period from 2011 to 2020,the overall quality of logistics industry de-velopment in the four major regions has improved,but there is imbalance and lack of coordination in the level of logistics development quality among regions.The quality of logistics industry development in the four ma-jor regions is influenced by various factors.Economic development level,technological innovation capacity,degree of openness to foreign countries,and sharing capacity have a significant positive driving effect on the quality of logistics industry development.Infrastructure construction and carbon dioxide emission intensity have insignificant effects,while government intervention has a significant negative driving effect on the quali-ty of logistics industry development.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed to promote the high-quali-ty development of the logistics industry in each region.
