Research on Overseas Academic Perception of the Construction of the Communist Party of China's Organizational System
In the face of the enduring success and solid cohesion of the Communist Party of China(CPC)o-ver its hundred-year history,overseas scholars have tried to explore reasons from the perspective of the Party's organizational system construction.They have observed the enduring power of the CPC's governance in its organizational system construction,suggesting that the CPC's unique leadership system,scientifically excellent cadre training,solid grassroots organization construction,and firm party spirit education are the or-ganizational secrets behind the CPC's vitality through times of change.These aspects also serve as important references for assessing the CPC's future governance prospects.To some extent,these perceptions have an-swered some of the overseas questions about the CPC's organizational construction and development,enric-hing the overseas research perspective on the CPC and providing new countermeasure thoughts for the Party's future organizational transformation.However,their views inevitably have biases that require dialectical re-flection and response.
