摘要
以河南某地中等铝硅比矿石为研究对象,围绕着铝土矿反浮选脱硅技术展开系统研究,研发专有分散剂BKS00、选择性抑制剂BK501、含铝硅酸盐高效捕收剂BK421.试验采用两次脱泥、脱泥底流反浮选脱硅,最终获得Al2O3回收率为81.20%、铝硅比为10.82的合格精矿.
Abstract
A medium A/S ratio bauxite sample from Henan was chosen as the subject for the test. After systematic study, an efficient reagent system was work out, including dispersant BK500, selective depressant BK501 and selective collector BK421 for alumino-silicate. Qualified concentrate can be obtained at recovery of 81.20% A12O3 with A/S ratio of 10.82 by process of twice desiliming and desilication by reverse flotation.
