无机高分子混凝剂在矿物加工领域的应用研究进展

无机高分子混凝剂广泛应用于微细粒矿物浮选、尾矿浓缩及选矿废水处理等矿物加工过程的诸多环节。综合分析了无机高分子混凝剂的化学特性和絮凝机理,并详细探讨了其在矿物加工领域的实践应用。无机高分子混凝剂不仅能改变目的矿物颗粒的表面性质,适当增大颗粒尺寸进而提高微细粒矿物与脉石的浮选分离效率,而且能提升精尾矿的浓缩性能,有效降低选矿废水中pH值、色度、COD、BOD、SS、重金属离子及其他污染物的含量。新型复合型无机高分子混凝剂的合成与应用是未来该类混凝剂研究的重点,而无机与有机以及微生物等高分子混凝剂的混合配伍应用,也是研究和实践的热点。为矿物加工过程中的选别、精尾矿的处理以及选矿废水净化技术提供了有益的参考。
Research Progress on the Application of Inorganic Polymer Flocculants in the Field of Mineral Processing
Inorganic polymer coagulants are widely used in the flotation of fine-grained minerals,tailings concentration and mineral processing wastewater treatment and other mineral processing processes.This paper comprehensively analysed the chemical properties and flocculation mechanism of inorganic polymer coagulants,and discussed in detail their practical applications in the field of mineral processing.Inorganic polymer coagulants could not only change the surface properties of the target mineral particles,appropriately increase the size of the particles and thus improve the flotation separation efficiency of micro-fine-grained minerals and pulsates,but also enhance the concentration performance of the concentrate and tailings,and effectively reduce the pH value,chroma,COD,BOD,SS,heavy metal ions,and other pollutants in the beneficiation of wastewater content.The synthesis and application of new composite inorganic polymer coagulant is the focus of future research on this type of coagulant,and the application of the mixing and matching of inorganic and organic as well as microbial polymer coagulants is also a hotspot in research and practice.This paper provides useful references for the separation,treatment of concentrate and tailings in mineral processing and the purification technology of beneficiation wastewater.
