钨作为一种稀有金属和战略金属,具有熔点高、密度大、硬度高以及耐磨性好的特点,被广泛应用于航空航天、电力、机械与医药等领域,不仅对我国的经济发展起着重要作用,同时对我国科技进步和国家安全具有战略意义。我国的钨资源储量约占世界钨储量的一半,十分丰富且具有很大的开发潜力。由于易开采的钨资源被大量利用,白钨矿资源逐渐出现"贫、细、杂"的特点,在这种背景下,微细粒白钨矿的有效利用变得尤为重要。微细粒白钨矿具有性脆,且与含钙脉石矿物(方解石、萤石和磷灰石等)共生的特点,它们具有相似的化学性质和物理特性,且拥有相同的钙离子活性位点,使浮选药剂在它们表面的吸附不具有选择性,导致微细粒白钨矿的回收利用变得更加困难。详细阐述了微细粒白钨矿浮选的难点以及对微细粒白钨矿的浮选工艺和浮选药剂进行分析整理,同时展望了未来微细粒白钨矿浮选工艺和浮选药剂的研究方向,可以为微细粒白钨矿浮选工艺的优化以及环保型浮选药剂的选择提供借鉴。
Research Progress of Flotation Technology and Reagents for Micro-fine Scheelite
Tungsten,as a rare metal and strategic metal,has the characteristics of high melting point,high density,high hardness and good wear resistance,and is widely used in aerospace,electric power,machinery and medicine and other fields,which not only plays an important role in China's economic development,but also has strategic significance for China's scientific and technological progress and national security.China's tungsten reserves account for about half of the world's tungsten reserves,which is very rich and has great potential for development.Due to the extensive use of tungsten resources that are easy to exploit,scheelite resources gradually appear the characteristics of"poor,fine and miscellaneous".The effective use of micro-fine scheelite becomes particularly important.Fine scheelite is brittle,and symbiosis with calcium-containing gangue minerals(calcite,fluorite and apatite,etc.),they have similar chemical and physical properties,and have the same calcium ion active site,so that the adsorption of flotation reagents on their surface is not selective,resulting in the recovery of fine scheelite becomes more difficult.The difficulties of the flotation of micro-fine scheelite are described in detail,and the flotation process and flotation reagents of micro-fine scheelite are analyzed and finished.The future research direction of the flotation process and flotation reagents of fine scheelite is prospected and reference for the optimization of fine scheelite flotation process and the selection of environmentally friendly flotation reagents can be provided.
