云南腾冲微细粒铜锌硫化矿选矿试验研究

针对云南腾冲铜锌硫化矿开展试验研究,矿样X荧光光谱分析和多元素化学分析结果表明,矿样中主要的有价元素为Cu、Zn,其他金属元素品位相对较低,矿石含铜0。38%、含锌1。45%,铜主要以硫化铜的形式存在,锌主要以硫化锌的形式存在。矿石矿物组成结果表明,矿样中主要的有用矿物为黄铜矿、闪锌矿,脉石矿物主要为石英,其次为绢(白)云母、透闪石、绿泥石、石榴石、方解石、萤石等。黄铜矿和闪锌矿的嵌布特征分析结果表明,铜锌矿物嵌布粗细不均匀,约有10。90%的铜矿物、29。40%的锌矿物呈微细粒(粒度小于30 μm)包裹于脉石矿物中,难以得到高效回收,闪锌矿背散射电子图和能谱分析结果表明,闪锌矿中含S 32。21%、Fe 9。14%、Zn 57。23%,属于铁闪锌矿,不利于锌精矿品位的提高。根据矿样性质,在磨矿细度为-0。074 mm占92%的条件下,采用硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠作锌抑制剂,用量为(2 000+1 000)g/t,Z-200作铜捕收剂,用量为15 g/t,采用硫酸铜作锌活化剂,用量为100 g/t,新型高效选择性药剂A2作锌捕收剂,用量为60 g/t,通过对锌粗精矿进行再磨再选,确定锌粗精矿的再磨细度为-0。037 mm占90%,采用"一粗一扫两精"选铜、"两粗一扫三精"选锌的全流程闭路试验,获得了铜品位18。93%、回收率76。19%的铜精矿和锌品位40。85%、回收率76。85%的锌精矿。
Experimental Study on Beneficiation of Fine-grained Copper-Zinc Sulfide Ore from Tengchong,Yunnan
The experimental study on copper-zinc sulfide ore in Tengchong,Yunnan province has been carried out.The results of X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis and multi-element analysis show that the main valuable elements in the ore are Cu and Zn,and the grade of other metal elements is relatively low.The ore contains 0.38%copper and 1.45%zinc.Copper mainly exists in the form of copper sulfide,and zinc mainly exists in the form of zinc sulfide.The results of ore mineral composition show that the main ore minerals in the ore are chalcopyrite and sphalerite.The main gangue mineral is quartz,followed by sericite(white)mica,tremolite,chlorite,garnet,calcite,fluorite,and so on.The analysis results of dissemination characteristics of chalcopyrite and sphalerite show that the dissemination thickness of copper-zinc minerals is uneven.About 10.90%of copper minerals and 29.40%of zinc minerals are wrapped in gangue minerals in fine particles(particle size less than 30 μm),which is difficult to be recovered efficiently.The results of backscattered electron diagram and energy spectrum analysis of sphalerite show that sphalerite contains 32.21%S,9.14%Fe and 57.23%Zn,which belongs to iron sphalerite and is not conducive to the improvement of zinc concentrate grade.According to the properties of raw ore,under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 92%,zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite was used as zinc inhibitor with the dosage of(2 000+1 000)g/t,Z-200 was used as copper collector with the dosage of 15 g/t,copper sulfate was used as zinc activator with the dosage of 100 g/t,and new high-efficiency selective reagent A2 was used as zinc collector with the dosage of 60 g/t.Through regrinding and reconcentration of zinc rough concentrate,it was determined that the regrinding fineness of zinc rough concentrate was-0.037 mm accounting for 90%.A copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.93%and copper recovery of 76.19%,a zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 40.85%and zinc recovery of 76.85%have been obtained by the whole process locked-cycle tests of"one roughing-one scavenging-two cleanings"for copper and"two roughing-one scavenging-three cleanings"for zinc.
