瑶族过山榜的生成、流转及其历史解读——以桂北地区过山榜文为例

摘要
在桂北现存的三种类型的瑶族过山榜文中,综合了瑶人自身流传的盘瓠传说、盘瑶十二姓来历、历代官府的招抚榜文等元素的正本型榜文,形成时间最早,大约成形于明中后期,其背景是瑶人以此强调其免除赋役的权利.清中叶出现的建立在桂北地区瑶人自身的历史脉络基础上的非牒型榜文,整合了不同来源的本地官方文书和地方历史记忆.其目的是论证瑶人对当地土地的所有权及地方赋役分配问题.清末到民国年间产生的融合瑶人的迁徙故事、本支家族的历史记忆的编修型榜文,则是当地瑶人仿效桂北汉人社会的宗族叙事模式,构建瑶人自身的历史谱系.通过桂北瑶族过山榜的历史解读,能提供一个官方文献记载之外、瑶族自身视角认识下瑶族社会变迁的历史解释,为存世的大量难以利用的民间文献提供一个基于区域史研究分析框架下的解读思路与方向.
Abstract
Among the three existing types of Yao's Cross-Mountain Manuscripts in northern Guangxi,the first type of the manuscripts,which combines the legend of Panhu by the Yao people themselves,the origin of the twelve surnames of PanYao,and the placards of dynasties,was formed in the middle and late Ming.The back-ground is that the Yao people need to emphasize their right to exemption from taxes and servitude.In the middle of the Qing,The second type was emerged based on the Yao people's own historical context in northern Guangxi,integrated local official documents and historical memory from different sources.The purpose is to demonstrate the Yao people's ownership of fields and the distribution of local taxes and servitudes.The third type was a com-piled document integrating the migration stories of Yao people and the Yao's clan historical memory,which was formed rom the late Qing to the Republic of China.The local Yao people imitated the lineage narrative mode of Han society in northern Guangxi to build their own historical pedigree.The historical interpretation of Yao's Cross-Mountain Manuscripts in northern Guangxi not only provides a historical explanation of Yao's social changes from the perspective of Yao's own,but also provides an interpretation idea based on the analysis frame-work of regional history research for a large number of folk literature that difficult to use.
