Dilemmas and Ways Out for High-Quality Development of Mountain Ecological Agriculture--Taking Jiabang terraced fields as an Example
In essence,development is resource mobilization and value realization,and the mobilization of resources is the starting point of development.The lack of industrial implantation,which is the key to realize the value of resources,will inevitably lead to the unused or inefficient utilization of resources,no matter how abundant the resources are.The case of Jiabang terraced fields in Congjiang shows that ecological agriculture in mountainous areas is still characterized by simple industry,low technological level,poor manufacturing conditions,labor shortages,due to the large-scale transfer of the workforce,low prices for agricultural products,small market demands,and other unfavourable factors.Faced with such a development dilemma,only by upgrading the mountain ecological agriculture industry chain and realizing the integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism can the advantages of mountain ecological resources represented by terraces be brought into play,and then a feasible path for the high-quality development of mountain ecological agriculture be found.
