The History,Logic and Prospect of China's Rural Elite Change under the Perspective of Historical Institutionalism——the development and change of rural elite subjects in Rural Revitalization
Talent is the key to the revitalization of the countryside,so actively guiding rural elites to devote themselves to rural revitalization is an important way for talent to return.The study of the changes of rural elites in traditional society can provide a historical mirror to answer the question of"who will rule the village"and"how to rule the village"in today's society.By analyzing the changes of village elites through the perspective of historical institutionalism in five stages:the traditional period;the period of chaos;the period of collectivization;the period of post-collectivization;and the new era,the relationship between the village elites and the system in different periods is revealed.Thus a way to answer the question of"who is going to revitalize the countryside"is emerged.
