"七律"作为音律(物理性)概念,全世界通用,"三宫"则具有鲜明的民族性和地域性.黄翔鹏反复强调:"'同均三宫'是三种音阶".由于只认识到了"同均"(七律),而忽略了"三宫",蒲亨建便轻易得出"新音阶商调式、清商音阶徵调式、古音阶羽调式,三者音阶名称不同,结构实质却并无二致"的错误结论.

"Qilü"(septasyllabic regulated verse)is a musical(physical)concept used all over the world,while"Sangong"has distinct ethnic and regional characteristics.Huang Xiangpeng repeatedly emphasized:"Tongjun Sangong are three musical scales."By only recognizing"Tongjun"(qilü)and ignoring the"Three Scales",Pu Hengjian wrongly concluded that"the new scale Shang mode,the Qing Shang scale Zheng mode,and the ancient scale Yu mode—these three scales are different in name but not in essence."
