The National Expression of 20th-Century Chinese Piano Ensemble Music
The development of 20th-century Chinese piano ensemble music progressed through four distinct phases.In the initial phase,national piano music emerged,laying a foundation for the blooming of ensemble works with a national character.During the second phase,distinctive musical works began to take shape,and composers experimented with creating ensemble works that were imbued with nationalistic elements.In the third phase,ensemble works displaying the unique red spirit flourished,showing vibrant energy,and composers pioneered a novel path for national piano ensemble compositions.Finally,in the fourth phase,the creation of national piano ensemble works reached a higher level of maturity,evolving into a distinctively national creative system.
