明治维新之后,随着日本近代民族国家的建立以及日本美术的成功转型,大批中国学者和艺术家赴日留学或考察美术,他们将学习和了解到的日本美术知识援笔成文,各种报纸、杂志和书籍也积极传布这些知识和讯息,为中国美术的发展提供了重要参照.近代中日美术的巨大反差,促使许多学人企图从历史、现状及国民性等方面揭示日本美术发达的行迹,于是引发了日本美术史研究和著述的热潮.近代中国"日本美术"的知识生成与传播,对中国美术的现代转型起到了极大的促进作用,但其明显的急功近利的思想也给中国美术发展带来了一定的负面影响.
The Production and Dissemination of"Japanese Art"Knowledge in Modern China——A Study Centered on Literary Sources
After the Meiji Restoration,and with the establishment of the modern Japanese nation-state and the successful transformation of Japanese art,a large number of Chinese scholars and artists went to Japan to study or conduct research on art.They recorded the"Japanese art"knowledge they learned,and various newspapers,magazines,and monographs actively spread this new knowledge and information,thus providing an important reference for the development of Chinese art.The huge contrast between modern Chinese and Japanese art has prompted many scholars to try to expound the development of Japanese art from diverse historical,trend-based,and national perspectives.This triggering a surge in the production of studies and publications on Japanese art history.The production and dissemination of"Japanese art"knowledge in modern China played a significant role in promoting the modern transformation of Chinese art,while its obvious eagerness for quick success also impacted its further development.
