The Manifestation,Mechanism, and Educational Application of Pitch Auditory Advantage in Visually Impaired Individuals from the Perspective of Art Psychology
The musical auditory advantage of visually impaired individuals is one of the significant research topics in the field of music psychology.Conducting research on the superior performance of music perception and the mechanisms behind it for visually impaired individuals is of great importance for the development of neurorehabilitation medicine and special music education.Based on the"sensory compensation"mechanism, the visual cortex of visually impaired individuals works in conjunction with the auditory cortex to process auditory information, resulting in superior pitch auditory abilities. Therefore, the cultivation of musical abilities in visually impaired individuals should focus on the particularities of their auditory development and the educational transformation of scientific experimental results.
