The employment rate and the unemployment rate have always been the important topics in employment research,as they reflect the employment situation of the entire labor force during a certain period.In the new normal,supply-side structural re-forms have led to problems such as mismatched labor supply and demand and structural employment contradictions,which means there is a discrepancy between labor supply and demand,along with low levels of employment quality.Against this backdrop,the importance of enhancing employment quality is increasingly highlighted.
