On the Realistic Dilemma and Path of Rural Talent Revitalization in Baotou City
During the"Thirteenth Five-Year"period in Baotou,a series of exploration and practice on the development of rural talent was taken and has made certain achievements.However,some problems on the development of rural talent need to be resolved:the quality of rural talent is low,the loss of rural talent,there is no rural training mode and planning,some village cadres do not play a full role,which greatly hinder the effective development of rural revitalization work.We should increase the cultivation efforts,ac-tively retain the native talents in the countryside,improve the cultivation and training plan and implement it effectively,optimize the environment for the development of rural talents,and increase the construction of village cadres'team.
