摘要
秦代县级行政文书传递用印规范分为一般情况和特殊情况两个方面.一般情况下的行政文书传递,使用令、丞印是主要方式,诸曹少吏用"迁陵印"传递其职权范围内的文书.特殊情况下的行政文书传递,"假官"用印遵循相应等级,使用本官印或小官印.使用私印的情况,是由于未建立完备的用印规范体系,受旧俗影响相关的规范也未被很好地实施.
Abstract
The standard of seal used for county administrative documents transmission in Qin Dynasty is divided into two aspects:general situation and special situation.In general,the main way of transmitting administrative documents is to use the county magistrate and assistant of county magistrate seal,and the"Cao"officials use the"Qianling"seal to transmit the documents within their authority.In special cases,the"fake official"follows the corresponding grade,using the official seal or small official seal.The use of private seal is due to the lack of a complete seal standard system,and the relevant norms affected by old customs have not been well implemented.
