SWOT Model Analysis of Implementing Rural Revitalization Strategy In Grassland Pastoral Areas
In order to boost confidence,recognize reality,and avoid falling into new difficulties,it is necessary to conduct a standardized analysis of the internal and external environment faced by grassland pastoral areas in implementing rural revitalization strat-egies and achieving modernization.Using the SWOT model analysis method to construct a 2*2 matrix grid for grassland pastoral areas,taking the four major pastoral areas as the research objects.The results indicate that grassland pastoral areas can adopt a strategy com-bination mainly based on WO strategy;in the long run,the SO strategy will become the main strategy in the future,while the short-term ST strategy and WT strategy will be the main strategies in specific regions.Research has shown that in implementing the rural re-vitalization strategy in pastoral areas,it is necessary to address short-term and long-term,static and dynamic issues,avoid imitating agricultural areas to bring new problems,and solve several key points such as strengthening endogenous power,seizing opportunities,filling gaps,and strengthening policy effectiveness.
