In the context of the"Thucydides trap,"the rapid development and rise of China has brought fear and unease to the current hegemonic United States,which has led to the United States'prevention and targeting.According to the narrative logic of the United States,China's peaceful rise is the source of everything,or indeed the source of world instability.However,from the perspective of the right to development,it can be found that China's rapid development follows the norms of international law,and the construction and use of its armed forces have always been based on the protection of its sovereignty and development rights.The construction and utilization of China's marine armed forces has also been in full compli-ance with international law,with no intention of hegemony.The so-called"Thucydides Trap"is only a pretext for the United States and the West to attack and suppress China be-cause they are not happy to see its development and growth.In order to cope with such a sit-uation,China has always adhered to the path of peaceful development,while at the same time developing targeted armed forces capable of defending its own rights and interests,as well as breaking the trap of Western verbal trick,and telling the story of China,which cheri-shes peace and opposes hegemony,in the form of a Chinese narrative.
