摘要
中药毒理研究对于明确毒性作用、阐明减毒机制、确保临床安全用药非常重要.随着现代技术的不断发展,新技术和新方法已广泛应用于中药毒理研究中,并在该领域飞速发展.近十年来,中药毒理研究在中药的主要毒性作用、毒代动力学、减毒方法等方面取得重要进展,多组学、网络毒理学、体内外新模型等方法也在中药毒理研究中得到应用.同时,关于新技术与新方法在中药毒理研究中的应用前景的展望,可以为相关领域的研究者提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
The exploration of Chinese medicines toxicology is essential to ascertain toxic effects,clarify detoxification mechanisms,and ensure safe clinical application.With the advancement of modern technology,innovative techniques and methods have been extensively utilized in Chinese medicines toxicology research,leading to significant progress in the field.In the past decade,significant research progress has been made in studying the principal toxic effects,toxicokinet-ics,and detoxification methods of Chinese medicines.Moreover,omics,network toxicology,and in vitro and in vivo mod-els,have also been applied in Chinese medicines toxicology research.Additionally,prospects for the utilization of new technologies and methods in Chinese medicines toxicology research have been discussed,providing valuable references for researchers in related fields.
