摘要
唐代蔺道人《仙授理伤续断秘方》有言:"应损伤极重,大小便不通者,方服大成汤."此方专治跌仆损伤、瘀血内蓄、腹胀便秘外科诸症,历代医家也多将其用于外科疾患.周铭心教授在继承古人运用大成汤临证经验的基础上,扩展了其临床应用范围,认为临床凡腹中胀满、心中懊侬、大便不通,究其瘀阻经络者皆可用之.临证应不拘泥于一隅,善于辨证论治,临床须活学活用,对症治疗方能立起沉疴.
Abstract
Tang Dynasty physician Lin Daoren The Secret Recipe for Continuation of Immortal Damage said:"Should be very heavy damage,urine and bowel obstruction,take Dacheng Decoction."This prescription specializes in the treat-ment of injuries,blood stasis internal storage,abdominal distention and constipation surgery,the history of doctors also used for surgical diseases.Professor Zhou Mingxin,on the basis of inheriting the clinical experience of the ancients u-sing Dacheng Decoction,expanded its clinical application,which believes that the clinical abdominal fullness,the heart pang,stool obstruction,the stasis of the meridians can be used,not confined to a small area,good at syndrome differen-tiation and treatment,clinical must be active,symptomatic treatment can set up the disease.
