基于文献计量学的我国蒙医药研究现状分析

摘要
目的:分析我国蒙医药研究现状及热点,为今后的研究提供参考.方法:从中国知网(CNKI)数据库中获得2002-2021年发表的蒙医药相关文献,利用Excel和Gephi软件对获得的文献进行文献计量学分析.结果:2002-2021年蒙医药文献发文量总体呈上升趋势,相关研究文献大多发表在民族医药、中医药期刊上.发文量较多的作者和机构都集中在蒙医药领域内部及中医药研究人员,其中内蒙古医科大学发文量最多.蒙医药的研究包括蒙药和传统疗法的临床观察、药物成分及含量分析、作用机制、动物实验等多方位.结论:近年来,蒙医药事业发展迅速,发展空间较大,未来应鼓励核心作者加强蒙医药传播研究,跨学科合作,及蒙医药传承和应用研究.
Abstract
Objective:Analyze the current status and hotspots of Mongolian medicine research in China,providing refer-ence for future research.Methods:The literature related to Mongolian medicine published from 2002 to 2021 was ob-tained from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,and bibliometric analysis was performed on the obtained literature using Excel and Gephi software.Results:From 2002 to 2021,the overall publication volume of Mongolian medical literature showed an upward trend,and most of the relevant research literature was published in ethnic medicine and traditional Chinese medicine journals.The authors and institutions with a large number of publica-tions are concentrated within the Mongolian medicine field and Chinese medicine researchers.Inner Mongolia Medical University having the highest number of publications.The research of Mongolian medicine has been conducted in vari-ous aspects such as clinical observation,analysis of drug composition and content,mechanism of action,and animal ex-periments of Mongolian medicine and traditional therapies.Conclusion:In recent years,Mongolian medicine industry has developed rapidly and has a large space for development.In the future,core authors should be encouraged to strengthen research on the dissemination of Mongolian medicine,interdisciplinary cooperation,and research on the in-heritance and application of Mongolian medicine.
