从"新病证结合"讨论中西医结合之路

摘要
从经典病证结合诊疗中发展起来的"新病证结合"诊疗思路和实践,是中西结合的研究方向之一.从辩证唯物主义的联系观、矛盾观及否定观看,"新病证结合"有其合理性和必然性.以辩证唯物主义为指导,"新病证结合"及中西医结合都需要认识到结合的条件性,具体问题具体分析,从临床研究和实践的实际出发,践行扬弃,既保留又克服,运用创新方法论指导实践,推动中西医临床及科研工作的进步.
Abstract
The idea and practice of"new combination of disease and syndrome"developed from the classic approach of combining disease and syndrome for diagnosis and treatment is one of the research directions for the integration of Chi-nese and Western medicine.Viewed from the perspective of dialectical materialism in terms of connection,contradic-tion,and negation,the"new combination of disease and syndrome"possesses its rationality and necessity.Guided by di-alectical materialism,both the"new combination of disease and syndrome"and the integration of Chinese and Western medicine need to recognize the conditionality of the combination,analyze specific issues specifically,proceed from the ac-tual clinical research and practice,practice sublation,preserve and overcome,apply innovative methodologies,guide practice,and promote the progress of clinical and scientific research in both Chinese and Western medicine.
