The theory of body fluid qi-transformation is a high generalization of the production,transportation and excretion of body fluid in the body.Dysfunction of body fluid qi-transformation function and abnormal body fluid trans-port are the basic pathogenesis of abnormal sweat leakage.Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a diffuse connective tissue disease that can involve multiple organs and systems throughout the body,which results in abnormal qi-transfor-mation of the body and corresponding sweating syndrome.Based on the theory of body fluid qi-transformation,this paper discusses the sweating syndrome of systemic lupus erythematosus in order to provide treatment ideas for clinical differentiation and treatment,and to attach a medical case of typical patients with systemic lupus erythematosus from the theory of body fluid qi-transformation.
