The pathological mechanism of liver fibrosis is complex,so far,there are no specific and effective chemical drugs and biological agents against liver fibrosis,Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Lu Lankai chief physician of Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese med-icine,combined with his years of diagnosis and treatment experience,believed that"Shire Yidu"and"Zhengxu Xueyu"were the main causes and pathogenesis of hepatitis B liver fibrosis,on the basis of Fuzheng Huayu treatment,taking in-to account the method of Liangxue Jiedu and Ruanjian Sanjie.He formed"Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu"to treat hepatitis B liver fibrosis and developed Fugan Bao pill,a hospital preparation with the effects of protecting liver and reducing liver enzymes,and anti-liver fibrosis.Therefore,based on the Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu method to explore the therapeutic effect and significance of Fugan bao pill on hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
