摘要
颈性眩晕属于中医"眩晕""痹症"范畴.李旭成教授认为颈性眩晕多因风、痰、瘀、虚所致,病理因素常夹杂出现.根据其发病原因、病症特点,可将其辨为肝阳上亢证、风寒湿袭证、肾精亏虚证、痰湿中阻证、气血亏虚证、瘀血内停证6种证型,分别以平肝潜阳、祛风寒湿、滋补肝肾、健脾化痰、益气养血、活血化瘀之法治之,并结合刮痧疗法,内外合治,临床疗效显著.
Abstract
Cervical vertigo belongs to the categories of"vertigo"and"arthralgia"in traditional Chinese medicine.Pro-fessor Li Xucheng of Wuhan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine believes that cervical vertigo is mostly caused by wind,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency,and the above pathological factors often occur simultaneously.According to its pathogenesis and characteristics,it can be classified into 6 types:liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome,wind-cold-dampness attack syndrome,kidney-essence deficiency syndrome,phlegm-dampness obstruction syndrome,Qi-blood defi-ciency syndrome,and blood stasis syndrome,which are respectively treated by the methods of calming the liver-yang,dispelling wind-cold-dampness,nourishing the liver and kidney,invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm,invigorat-ing Qi and nourishing blood,and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Combined with scraping therapy,in-ternal and external treatment has significant clinical effect.
