The Sharing of Confucian Culture by Ethnic Minority Regimes and Their Contributions to the Development of a Unified China
Since the pre-Qin period,China has historically been a multi-ethnic nation. The national conditions have influenced and restricted the basic direction of the development of multi-ethnic China. Its biggest feature is that the great unity is the mainstream in the development of multi-ethnic China, and the minority regimes have made great contributions to the great unity. However, some Japanese and American scholars deliberately ignore the centripetal force and sense of identity of the ancient Chinese minority regimes for the"Great unity"of multi-ethnic China, exaggerate the independence of the minority regimes, ignore the fact that the minority regimes also pursue"Great unity",and the fact that the politicians of the minority regimes share and draw on Confucian culture, which is a denial of the nature of the unified multi-ethnic Chinese state. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the study of the historical contributions of minority regimes in the historical evolution of China's great unity,so as to clarify the misunderstandings of these Japanese and American scholars and lay a solid historical foundation for forging a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.
