The Mechanism,Path,and Policy of Digital Economy Empowering Chinese Style Ecological Modernization
Ecological modernization is the harmonious coexistence of human and nature,and an important part of Chinese path to modernization,the rapid development of digital economy has injected new momentum into Chinese style ecological modernization.The digital economy empowers Chinese style ecological modernization,from a theoretical perspective,it lies in the fact that digital technology innovation has transformed the driving force of economic development,the development of digital industries has promoted industrial structure adjustment,and digital economic governance has improved ecological governance capabilities;from the perspective of operational mechanisms,it mainly includes innovation driven mechanisms,integration and symbiosis mechanisms,mutual beneficial couply mechanisms,and optimized governance mechanisms;from the perspective of implementation path,it is mainly reflected in five aspects:Promoting the digital transformation of ecological environment protection,establishing an ecological asset database,constructing a digital and intelligent ecological compensation mechanism,improving the digital ecological environment management system,and building a digital ecological construction platform for cooperation between government,industry,academia,and research;from the perspective of policy innovation orientation,exploration should be carried out from promoting the deep integration of digital economy and ecological industry,promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of traditional industries,enhancing digital ecological human capital,and creating a new environment for digital ecological environment governance.
