The digital economy is a key driving force and an important pillar for advancing and expanding Chinese modernization.It can unlock new demographic dividends by improving the data rights system and fostering a data factor market,promote inclusive prosperity through the widespread provision of digital financial services and the facilitation of e-commerce transactions,enhance both material and spiritual civilization by constructing digital infrastructure and implementing a digital cultural strategy,foster harmonious coexistence between humans and nature through green digital technology innovation,application,and intelligent ecological management,and aid in building a peaceful development path for the global digital community by enhancing international policy dialogue and establishing transnational digital cooperation frameworks.Efforts should be made to encourage data circulation and optimize the open environment for data sharing to unlock new demographic dividends;strengthen digital infrastructure construction and promote digital technology education and training to advance modernization for common prosperity;accelerate the digital transformation of the cultural industry and build a digital civilization with Chinese characteristics to push forward the coordinated development of material and spiritual civilization;enhance green technology innovation and develop a green,low-carbon circular economy system to support modernization for harmonious coexistence between humans and nature;and actively participate in the formulation of international digital economy rules and advocate for a new mechanism of international governance in the digital economy to promote the modernization of a peaceful development path for the global digital community.
