Genome-Wide Identification and Analysis of 2,3-Oxidosqualene Cyclases Gene(CqOSC)Family in Quinoa(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)
Based on quinoa genome-wide and transcriptome data, the CqOSC gene family of quinoa is identified and systematically analyzed by bioinformatics. The results show that 15 members of the CqOSCgene family are identified in the quinoa genome, which could be divided into three subgroups, and the same subgroup CqOSC genes have similar gene structure and protein motif structure.During the normal growth and development of quinoa,CqOSC7 and CqOSC12 are significantly expressed in flowers and immature seeds and dried seeds, while CqOSC9 and CqOSC 10 show a certain level of expression in all tissues. There are different responses to MeJA:the expression of CqOSC2,CqOSC4 and CqOSC8 genes change significantly,in contrast to case of CqOSC3,CqOSC6 and CqOSC15.The overall performance is"low promotion and high inhibition":whereas gene expression increases significantly when 0.5 mmol/L and 1 mmol/L MeJA are applied externally,it decreases significantly when the concentration reaches 2 mmol/L.
