摘要

通过分析野生型和AKR7A5基因敲除型雄性小鼠的睾丸、附睾系数及其组织形态、精子活力和生育力,探讨AKR7A5基因对雄性生殖系统的影响.结果发现:AKR7A5基因敲除型与野生型小鼠睾丸、附睾系数及其组织形态无明显差异;AKR7A5基因敲除型小鼠与野生型小鼠相比,其精子浓度、直线前游总数、直线运动精子、前向运动精子、平均路径运动速度和平均曲线运动速度显著降低,不运动精子显著增加(P<0.01);总产仔数显著降低(P<0.01).综上,AKR7A5基因敲除影响小鼠成熟精子的数量和活力,降低总产仔数.

Abstract

Testicular and epididymal coefficients,histological morphology,sperm motility and fertility of wild-type and AKR7A5 knockout male mice are analyzed to investigate the effects of AKR7A5 gene on the male mouse repro-duction.The results show that there are no significant difference in testicular and epididymal coefficients and histo-logical morphology between AKR7A5 knockout and wild-type mice.Compared to wild-type mice,the sperm concen-tration,total number of straight linear motility,progressive motility sperm,progressive sperm,average path motile speed and average curve motile speed of AKR7A5 knockout mice decrease significantly(P<0.01),while the im-motile sperm increases significantly(P<0.01).The total litter size of offspring decreases significantly(P<0.01).In conclusion,AKR7A5 gene knockout affects the number and motility of mature sperm and reduces the to-tal litter size of mice.
