藜麦热激蛋白60(CqHSP60)基因家族生物信息学和表达模式分析

摘要
为了探究藜麦HSP60 基因(CqHSP60)的结构特征、基因功能和表达模式,基于藜麦全基因组和转录组数据,利用生物信息学方法对CqHSP60 基因家族进行鉴定和系统分析.依据亚细胞结构定位分为了三个亚组,每个亚组具有相似的Motif和基因结构;通过RNA-Seq数据对CqHSP60 基因在不同发育阶段进行了表达分析,并对在热、干旱、盐胁迫等不同处理条件下CqHSP60 基因的胁迫响应进行了分析,结果表明CqHSP60 基因在花簇和干种子中表达量较高,并对不同的胁迫模式均有响应;在CqHSP60 基因的启动子区发现了多个与胁迫相关的顺式调控元件,这表明这些基因在多重胁迫下受到应激响应.
Abstract
In order to explore the structural characteristics,gene function and expression pattern of quinoa HSP60 gene(CqHSP60),the CqHSP60 gene family is identified and systematically analyzed by using bioinformatics meth-ods.The result showes that 37 CqHSP60 genes are identified in the quinoa genome,which can be divided into 3 phylogenetic subgroups according to subcellular structure localization,and each subgroup has similar motif and gene structure.Through RNA-Seq data,the gene expression of tissues at different developmental stages and different treatments such as heat,drought and salt stress are analyzed.CqHSP60 genes respond to different stress,and ex-press higher in flower clusters and dried seeds.Multiple stress-associated cis-regulatory elements are identified in the promoter region of the CqHSP60 gene,suggesting that these genes are subjected to stress responses under multi-ple stresses.
