Difference of Gut Microbiota between Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Rats Based on 16S rRNA Gene Sequencing
Difference between T1DM and T2DM rat gut microflora is analyzed through 16S rRNA gene sequencing.Alpha diversity analysis show that the diversity and evenness of intestinal flora in the T1DM and T2DM groups are higher than those in the control group, and Beta diversity analysis show that there are differences and good cluste-ring among different groups. At the phylum level, the gut microbiota of T1DM and T2DM are dominate by Firmi-cutes and Bacteroidetes. The proportion of Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes(F/B)increases in T1DM and T2DM groups and the ratio in T2DM is higher than T1DM.In T1DM group the abundance of Actinobacteria increases and the a-bundance of Anaerofustis decreases significantly compared with the control group. The abundance of Proteobacteria and Oscillospira increase significantly in T2DM rats.T2DM group shows an increased abundance of Oscillospira, while the contrast is not significant in T1DM group.Rhodococcus is the unique genus in T1DM group,Coprobacillus and Roseburia are the unique genera in T2DM rats. The results show that the imbalance of rat gut microflora is closely related to T1DM and T2DM,Which may provide scientific basis for individualized treatment of T1DM and T2DM.
