Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Pattern Analysis of Ascorbate Oxidase Gene Family of Quinoa(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)
In order to explore the structure and function of quinoa APX(CqAPX)gene,bioinformatics methods and public databases are used to analyze the physicochemical properties,conserved motifs,gene structure and cis-ele-ments,and expression profiles of members of the CqAPX gene family.The results show that CqAPX has high evolu-tionary conservatism and can be divided into four taxa.In addition,the promoter of the CqAPX gene is rich in stress-related cis-acting elements,and CqAPX gene is tissue-specific expression in roots,leaves,inflorescence,and seeds.Drought,salt,and heat stress treatments can significantly alter the expression of CqAPX genes.
