摘要
利用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件对紫外光固化进行建模和仿真,探究了单体浓度、引发剂浓度和氧气浓度对紫外光固化反应速度的影响.仿真结果表明:随着单体浓度和引发剂浓度的增加,反应逐渐加快;而随着氧气浓度的增加,反应先加快而后减慢,即氧阻聚现象.通过PEGDA水凝胶紫外光固化实验验证了单体浓度与反应速度的关系.
Abstract
COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software was used to model and simulate UV-curing,and the influence of monomer concentration,initiator concentration and oxygen concentration on UV-curing reaction speed was ex-plored.It was verified that the reaction gradually accelerated with the increase of monomer concentration and initia-tor concentration,while the reaction first accelerated and then slowed down with the increase of oxygen concentra-tion,namely oxygen inhibition.The relationship of monomer concentration and reaction speed is verified by PEG-DA hydrogel UV curing.
